Looking for Branch Sales Manager for our client, a leading company in the field of Water and Wastewater Solutions- KSA Job Location: Khobar- Saudi Arabia Duties & Responsibilities: -Assigned the responsibility of Marketing and Sale of Projects (Water Treatment Systems) in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia for both Government & private Sectors. -Preparing the yearly forecast & yearly target for the Plant Sales - Preparing Marketing & Sales Strategy (Long / Short term) and to make sure of proper following the Strategy. - Follow-up Plant Sales in the Region - Make sure of having an updated enquires status record that reflects our activities in the market. - Analyze the market and directing the Sales Engineers to visit most of the customers sectors such as Government, Private, Consultants etc to reach at the end solid and homogenous base of customers from all sectors. - Follow-up bids and doing technical and commercial discussions with both government and private customers. - Registration of Company and company products with Government Sectors. - Developing and opening new market and customers & creating strong IPR with the existing customers - Doing outdoor visits to customers with the sales engineers to ensure continuation of the best possible relationship and very close follow-up on the enquiries. - Meeting Sales Engineers regularly (on weekly basis) to ensure proper follow-up of the inquiries, planning for next action to be taken as per enquiry. - Providing Support to Sales Engineers & Supervising their daily work to help them on achieving their yearly targets. - Follow-up on the performance on Sales Engineers in order to rise up and to make sure of getting the right performance from them. - Ensure that the Sales Engineers are visiting their Client accounts regularly and right contacts with strong relations with them. Education: B.E. (Mechanical) or (Chemical) + Preferably MBA Years of Relevant Experience: 12 - 15 years Languages: Arabic/ English Desired Aged Group: 34 - 40 years
